Position: ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ESL lessons that develop students' English language proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Design lesson plans that meet the diverse language needs of students and align with the school's curriculum.

Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that promotes confidence in English communication.

Assess students' language proficiency through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Differentiate instruction to support learners with varying English language abilities.

Incorporate interactive teaching strategies, educational technology, and authentic learning resources into lessons.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and performance.

Collaborate with classroom teachers and school leadership to support students' academic success.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' language development and progress.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, school events, and extracurricular activities while adhering to the school's safeguarding policies.
